Royal Institute of British Architects CPD Providers Network
Since taking the decision
in 1998 to introduce Continuing Professional Development to its members, the
Royal Institute of British Architects has developed the scheme into a sophisticated
and high profile operation. There is a providers network of over 250 companies
offering well over thousand quality assessed courses for RIBA members.
The communication task is immense. Members themselves need to be kept fully
informed of any new companies joining the Providers Network and to any changes
or additions to the topics available.
The Providers themselves need to have their subject matter promoted and of
course there is the little matter of encouraging new material to be submitted
for assessment as potential new topic material for the network.
